Warranty Policy

Here's the Skagit IMS two-part warranty policy effective for all projects:

  1. During the process of creating work product for clientele, Skagit IMS has a policy of consulting with clients and seeking a high quality product created in an ethical environment to the client's satisfaction.

  2. After a final product is received, in the event there are issues (e.g. compatibility problems, grammatical errors, misstatements) - Skagit IMS will free of charge make mutually agreeable corrections.  Skagit IMS will not endorse any content changes to approved & submitted final work product without written consent and an e-mail is considered a writing.
